Village-on-Call officially opened its phone lines on August 17, 1998. This staff did a superior job of handling over 30,000 service requests last year. LPC provides this 24- hour maintenance service exclusively for residents of the Village to better manage their service requests. The team of employees that operate Village-on-Call are dedicated solely to providing superior service and to expedite the handling of all service requests.

Village-on-Call can assist you with the following service request

  1. Plumbing problems
  2. Electrical repairs
  3. Appliance malfunctions
  4. Exterminating requests
  5. Central heat and air conditioning problems
  6. Structural repairs
  7. Lock work
  8. Landscaping issues

  1. Shampooing of carpet
  2. Painting of apartment
  3. What time will maintenance men arrive to do repairs?
  4. Resident calls from work inquiring if repairs been completed.
  5. Set up an appointment to make repairs.
  6. Questions regarding television reception if not a subscriber to AT&T cable.

These requests should be submitted to the property manager at your on site management office.


In order to expedite the handling of your work order the following information is necessary. This information is required with each of your requests.

  1. Your name
  2. Name of your community and phase number
  3. Apartment number
  4. Phone number
  5. Description of problem

Due to the size of some of the properties it is imperative that you provide the phase number along with the name of your property. This enables the maintenance team to quickly locate your apartment and will expedite the handling or your request. Contact your leasing office if you do not know the your phase number.
Note: Not all communities have different phases or phase numbers.

Information about how Village on Call operates
When your service call is received in the Village-on-Call office, the work order is entered into the computer and transmitted to the community where you live. The on site management office then disperses the work order to their maintenance team for handling. The scheduling and the assigning of a service request is at the discretion of the on site property manager not Village-on-Call.

Village on Call follows up with the each resident on every service request to ensure the work has been completed to their satisfaction. The office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, an answering service is provided after hours and weekends to furnish 24-hour emergency service for the convenience of the residents. Emergency calls are handled immediately and normal work orders are handled within 48 hours. Some work orders may require the service of an outside vendor. In these instances, the time may extend past 48 hours to totally complete the job. Examples are pest control service or window blind repairs.
